A downloadable game for Linux

Cull The Gull is a Flappy Bird-like side-scroller featuring Bobby the Laughing Gull, who has gotten trapped inside a factory. Bobby must avoid electrically charged wires, batteries and cranes by flapping up, down, back and forward to make it out through the open door to freedom. Each time he is electrocuted he loses feathers, emitting screams of pain that echo amidst the sounds of electric beams and shocks.

Install instructions

It is a Linux game, so the "easiest" way to run/install the game is to download the files and click on the "cull_the_gull" executable. The Executable is dependent on the "Allegro 5" library which has to be downloaded separately. If Allegro is installed on your Linux machine you will be able to run the executable. If you want to compile the game for yourself there us a "build.sh" script for that purpose. You might have to edit the path in the build script. If you want to run the game on windows you either have to do it through a virtual machine or port it yourself (god help you).
